Auction Lots at your service

Auction Lots operate both nationally and internationally so wherever your event is being held we can handle it. We’ll deliver the items to the venue, collect the cash, issue receipts and, if necessary, arrange delivery to the successful bidder’s address.

After the silent auction we provide a list of all the winning bids, the prices paid and the amount due to you. Everything is transparent and totally risk free.

Because we agree the cost of the lots at outset, you know exactly how much of the bid price will go to your cause. We make no charge for unsold lots, so you can’t lose. We’ll even discuss adding items which you already have. Let us take away the added stress of running the auction to allow you to concentrate on your event. If you prefer to run the auction yourself or you need just a few items for a golf day then we can supply sports and music memorabilia of your choice on a sale or return basis – no risk again.

Silent Auction Interactive Bidding System

Auction Lots are continually seeking new and exciting ways to enable individuals, companies and charities to raise additional funds. In addition to providing, auctioneers, staffing, experiences and items for events we have now developed software to enable you to bring your fundraising into the twenty-first century with our amazing touch pad bidding system.

As an alternative to the paper system that we can still offer, our paperless system for fundraising will enable your guests to take the auction directly into their own hands. They can do this via our 10" touch screen tablets to enable them to bid using wireless technology. The images of items can be visible with the registration and bidding simple and easy to use. The winning bidders and their bids are also visible to enable guests to increase their bid quickly and easily. This interactive bidding system enables us to offer our clients the flexibility to choose from the entire range of facilities for a silent auction.

The easy to use system will also enable users to pledge to further assist with the money raised at your event. Charity information can be viewed so they're able to see where their money is going with an option of making a monetary pledge.

Lots are displayed on a single screen placed conveniently for bidders to view with the auction items or on multiple screens and projectors around the room so that guests can see what is up for auction and what the current bid is.

Once bids are submitted all screens and devices are instantly updated so that other guests know what the new highest bid is.

As the evening goes on, guests continue to bid until the auction closes. A countdown on the screen shows how long is left.

Once the auction has finished, a detailed report of the winning bids and bid history is printed off and given to the host so that money can be collected. Alternatively the collections can be made by Auction lots staff using our hand held card units.

As we're running 'in house' we're able to provide this facility at your event at a fraction of the price you may have been quoted or paid elsewhere. Costs starts at £850 + vat for up to 120 guests, this includes up to 10 tablets and one 40" screen. Extra cost's will be based on number of guests, extra staff and extra equipment such as tablets and screens.
